Delivery
Delivery is carried out by DPD parcel service.

Shipping costs
Here you will find our shipping costs for transportation, packaging and insurance for deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein:

Delivery time
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. The goods are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after your order has been approved. In the event of bottlenecks, sold-out items or larger quantities, delivery may be delayed.

Reservation of delivery
Delivery by us is subject to the proviso that we have sufficient items in stock; the availability displayed in the store may differ from the actual stock level. The availability display in the store is only updated daily (working days). Compensation for damages is excluded, except in cases of gross negligence. If the goods are not available, we will inform you by email or telephone or only deliver the available items. As a rule, no subsequent deliveries of sold-out items will be made.

Transport damage
Any transport damage detected must be reported directly to the delivery service (DPD) immediately upon receipt of the goods. Transport damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please send us an email to office@windisag.ch or call us immediately.

Collection
Collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

Shipping abroad
Delivery abroad is not possible.

Ecological packaging
We pay attention to the environment and use ecological/recyclable filling material, including newspapers. For the sake of the environment, we also use used cardboard boxes in some cases.
